Refund policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all online orders.

Returns must be notified by email within 14 days of item delivery and returned within 14 days thereafter in order to be eligible for a refund.

In the event of a return due to "change of mind" or incorrect size (unless listed incorrectly by us) a 5% transaction fee will apply. Any return due to an error on our part or due to a faulty item can be returned without incurring a transaction fee, within the periods set out above. 

We strongly suggest that returns are sent using an insured and tracked shipping service as we cannot accept any responsibility or refund items lost during shipping. Please note that customers are liable for all return shipping fees.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Any damage or additional wear to items will result in only a partial refund being provided. 

International returns should be clearly marked "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs and import charges. Any fees incurred due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the total refund. 

We do not offer returns on:

  • Items which have been personalised or resized
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased on an instalment plan 
  • Pieces listed and sold as damaged/flawed

 

Although all our pieces are carefully checked before being listed and sent, sometimes stones can become loose over time. Should this happen, please contact us with details of any issues and we will arrange for this to be repaired and returned to you.
