Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all online orders within the UK and EU.  

Returns must be notified by email within 7 days of item delivery and returned within 14 days. 

We strongly suggest that returns are sent using an insured and tracked shipping service as we cannot accept any responsibility for returned items lost during shipping. please note that customers are liable for all return shipping fees and we do not refund original postage fees. 

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any personalised or resized items.
