This piece has a total of 7 dark blue sapphire stones, each measuring around 2mm each and arranged in a floral style setting around a central stone.
The shoulders are open and patterned, with heart shaped spaces between each section and a lovely wide shoulder measuring around 4mm width at the widest point.
In overall good condition with some residue between 2 of the stones. Fully hallmarked. Total weight 1.8g.
