Antique art deco diamond 3-stone ring
An antique diamond trilogy ring with platinum setting.
This piece is a very typical style of the art deco period; with 3 diamonds and a panel type setting with milgrain edging in between. The diamonds are illusion set into star shaped engraved settings, and set into platinum.
The central diamond is approx .03ct and is old brilliant cut. It is shouldered by two smaller .005ct rose cut diamonds, all set onto gently tapered shoulders on a 9ct yellow gold band.
This piece is not fully hallmarked due to age but has been independently assessed by the Guild of Valuers and Jewellers as being made in the early twentieth century, and in good condition. Total weight 1.5g.
