An antique sapphire and diamond trilogy ring on 9ct gold and platinum.
This piece features a central dark cornflower blue sapphire stone shouldered by two diamonds, each claw set and between an intricate milgrain edging. The sapphire is round cut and around 3mm in diameter. The diamonds are also round cut and around 1mm in diameter, each within an engraved star setting.
The band is 9ct yellow gold and is slightly off rounded with some thinning to the base. Not hallmarked due to age.
