An antique diamond 5-stone ring on 18ct gold.

This beautiful and classically designed piece was made in 1901 and just fits into the Edwardian era. Featuring a row of 5 graduated diamonds in old brilliant cuts. The diamonds are I/J in colour and I1/I2 in clarity, with a total diamond weight of .25ct between the stones. The largest diamond is around 3mm diameter and the smallest around 1.6mm.

The antique diamonds are claw set into an 18ct gold shank which has carved shoulders and an open gallery. Fully hallmarked and in good antique condition. Slight thinning to the base of the shank and light wear to the stones commensurate with age.

This piece has been assessed by the Guild of Valuers and Jewellers and their pre-sale report can be viewed in the photos. Their independent valuation is £775 and a personalised insurance valuation certificate will be included with this sale and will be provided following completion of any returns policy.
