An antique emerald and diamond halo ring on 18ct gold.
This piece features a deep green emerald stone measuring 4x4mm, at around .20ct. The stone is square cut and has a really stunning depth of colour. It lacks internal inclusions (a natural formation in emeralds) suggesting it is created (synthetic). It is surrounded by 16 tiny diamond accents. The setting is likely platinum but not tested.
The band is 18ct yellow gold but is not hallmarked.
Please note the emerald stone has a crack across one corner which is full thickness and has also resulted in some chipping to the corner. The stone is secure in the setting. The crack and chipping is visible without magnification - please see photos for more detail. The cost of this item has been significantly reduced to reflect the stone damage.
