Antique sapphire and diamond boat ring dating to 1911
An antique sapphire and diamond boat ring dating to 1911
This is a beautifully made classic example of the Victorian era and design. This piece features a created (synthetic) central rectangular cushion cut sapphire stone which is around .65ct and claw set. There are two further created circular faceted cut sapphire shoulder stones which are around .24ct between them. One outer sapphire appears to be a later replacement.
The sapphires are accented by 4 rose cut diamonds totalling around .020ct.
The band is 18ct yellow gold and features a decorative and pierced gallery. Fully hallmarked and weighing 2.3g in total.
Please note the central sapphire stone has some scuffing and wear on the facet edges which is reflected in the price. Please see photos for further detail or contact us if you would like any more images.
