A stunning pear cut diamond solitaire engagement ring.
At 0.4ct the diamond in this piece has been formally assessed by the guild of valuers as colour G-H with clarity SI1/SI2. It is mounted in a claw setting and set onto an 18ct gold band.
The band is hallmarked to London and bears the makers mark “FEU” and was manufactured by FEU diamonds. All hallmarks are clear and the ring is date stamped to 2002.
There is some thinning to the band due to wear (see photos) but it is otherwise in lovely condition.
The solitaire catches the light brilliantly and it’s a beautiful eye catching piece. The history of this piece is known to us and it started life as an engagement ring - it would be lovely if it could have the same sentimental value for a new hand in the future.
The ring is a current size M and easily sizeable (up or down). It weighs a solid 3g.
