Vintage 1970s garnet and diamond halo cluster ring on 9ct gold

An antique style vintage garnet and diamond cluster ring, on 9ct yellow gold.

This gorgeous piece is all about the lovely deep red garnet – the January birthstone.

The garnet stone is around .40ct and is set into white gold claws, and surrounded by a halo of 8 accent diamonds, also set in white gold.

This piece has a lovely presence on the hand due to its raised gallery, and it sits around 7mm from the hand including the garnet stone. The ring head is around 10mm diameter.

Some wear to the garnet facets commensurate with age.
