A vintage carved shell cameo ring on 9ct yellow gold.
This cameo ring is made from carved shell and depicts the bust of a lady in white shell on a taupe background, on an oval carved setting with split shoulders.
The ring head measures 19x15mm so she is a substantial piece and would sit well on her own next to stacked pieces.
In good vintage condition with a small mark above the eye in the carving. Some very subtle movement in the setting but the cameo is secure.
