Vintage chunky east/west amethyst ring on 9ct gold

A vintage east/west amethyst ring on 9ct gold. 

This piece features a purple emerald cut amethyst stone, in an east/west flush setting. The stone is around .75ct and measures approx 7x5mm. The chunky band matches the width of the stone and then tapers down through the shoulders, making this an ideal piece for stacking as it will sit flush against other band rings. The ring head sits around 4mm from the hand. 

In good vintage condition with some light scuffing to the stone facet edges visible under magnification.
