This piece is centred around a circular faceted cut garnet stone which is assessed as burgundy in colour and around .16ct. The stone is in a rubover setting, in an engraved platinum gallery.
The garnet is shouldered by two smaller eight cut diamond stones, illusion set and around .02ct each.
There is some minor wear to the setting in keeping with age and a tiny chip to the garnet which is only really visible under magnification.
We love the depth of the colour on the garnet stone in this piece - it is even better in person!
