Vintage opal and diamond trilogy ring on 18ct gold and platinum

A vintage opal and diamond trilogy ring on 18ct gold. 

This piece is all about the beautiful central opal stone, which has a stunning play of colour. It displays vibrant oranges, blues, greens and the odd flash of bright pink. The opal measures approx 7x5mm and is around .65ct. 

The opal is flanked by two shoulder diamonds in flush illusion settings. The stones measure approx 2mm diameter making them around .05ct each and giving a total diamond weight of .10ct. 

This is a beautifully made piece with a rich 18ct yellow gold shank and platinum shoulders and setting. All of the stones have a lovely fire and the opal is in good condition with very minimal surface abrasion.
