These earrings have lovely opal stones in a bezel setting, and the stones have a really lovely play of colour. The gold settings have a delicate milgrain edging and butterfly/push backs.
We love the length of the drop on these earrings, they are just long enough to sit below the lobe but without getting in the way.
Both stones in good condition. Back of earrings stamped 9ct, with no other markings. Date is likely early vintage 1930/1940's.
The earrings and butterfly backs are both solid 9ct gold.
Opal stones are 8x6x1mm in size.
