A pair of French sapphire and diamond vintage half hoop earrings on 18ct gold.
These earrings each have 3 diamonds and 4 sapphire stones and it is hard to capture just how lovely they are in photos.
The diamonds are round brilliant cut and are all assessed as colour G-H and clarity SI1 and SI2, at 1.9mm each and with a total diamond weight of .18ct. The sapphires are assessed as "dark purplish blue" and circular faceted cut. Also 1.9mm and with a total sapphire weight of around .32ct.
The fittings are "peg and disc butterfly". Applied by pressing the button on the side and sliding onto the back of the earring, until it snaps into place.
The length of each earring is 15mm and the stones are all claw set into 18ct yellow gold and the settings, posts and backs are all also hallmarked 18ct gold.
Fully hallmarked "750" (18ct gold) and with the French hallmark of an eagle's head.
