A vintage version of the classic style which became popular in the Edwardian period, featuring a central octagonal cut dark blue sapphire stone, in a rectangular rubover setting with milgrain edging. In very good condition.
The central sapphire which is an approximate .85ct is surrounded by 14 tiny brilliant cut diamonds in a picture frame style. Total diamond weight not tested but estimated at around .15 to .20ct.
All stones are snugly set in rubover settings, which helps to protect the stones from damage making this not only beautiful, but durable.
